I actually thought I was being quite the fashion genius when I decided to wear my Abercombie and Fitch sweatpants with a fairly semi-casual outfit of a plaid shirt and a camel colour Harrington jacket.Sportswear is a quite a weighty trend for menswear this season, the past and the future. Let’s take this outfit as my own personal nod to “Le Sportswear Tendance” Nobody else shared quite the same enthusiasm I had for my outfit that day…

The first time I remember ever considering sweatpants/ joggers as a fashionable trend was back in 2009, when it was all the girls wearing it, from the famous streetstyle picture of Christine Centenera to outfit posts by my favourite female fashion blogger, Afterdrk. Back in January, Fashion Beans published an article about the resurgence of these sweatpants on the booty-s of men and I guess that’s how the concept skimmed my mind and how my sweatpants( which I actually bought on sale and use for actual lounging around the house) ended up on my booty on a school day.
